DO NOT GO TO THIS BIKE SHOP. The customer service and the repairs they do are absolutely terrible. I had a flat rear tire so I had them replace both of the inner tubes front and rear. I rode my bike once since I had the service done and I got a flat front tire. They refuse to believe that the installation was wrong even though the picture proves that the inner tube was pinched between the rim and the bead of the tire. Bolts were left out of my rear brake caliper and they did not install a cotter pin in the rear axle nut. NEVER GO TO THIS BIKE SHOP!!
Well I have never had any work done by them because I do my own building, I did just go in there today. I priced some riding gear and helmet from another shop in Winston and was told by one of my friends to try this place. The guys name was Robert. He took a lot of time with my son trying to fit him with what was first on the list, safety! Also color my son wanted, what was comfortable,our budget. We also had a question on fitment of some bars on an atv and he knew exactly what to do and how " fit" them properly to be able to accommodate the factory cables.and finally, the gear and other items I purchased was priced right. I was very happy with the sales and service I got from this guy. And he REALLY made my sons day!!!!!!!will definitely be going back!!thanks guys
Nice place to buy from.
First they said they could fix it then weeks later they have some story about not being able to fix any bikes unless it's a change of tire or oil. Horrible customer service and rude front end people not to mention their merchandise is extremely expensive, I found the same things I needed in eBay for half price. Take your bikes to wall to wall cycles.
