Would give them zero stars if I could. On two separate occasions we have set up appointments. One for an oil change and another for an alignment. Both appointments we were told they wouldn't be able to get to it and would have to come back the next day. Today's disaster happened after waiting over an hour. Why bother to set up appointments if your not going to stick with them? Never wasting my time there again. Spending my money somewhere else.
The work was done very well (aligned and balanced, the car feels great) and right on schedule. I guess you could say that Tire Rack offers great tire selection and pricing, and Meineke adds first class local installation, alignment, and balancing: a nice combination!
Meineke Walkertown is the pinnacle of excellent customer service. Make no mistake, this is a busy shop for a reason. I travel over 20 miles to have my vehicle serviced here, and each time I have, I leave with my vehicle fixed properly, and with the realization that a friendly, honest mechanic is still to be found: right here at this Meineke. I highly suggest having your vehicle(s) serviced with Randy and his fine staff.
Hit a rock that tore up a nice Pirelli P7 on a Mazda 6. I ordered 2 replacements from Tire Rack, and noticed that Meineke is listed as one of their install partners (or whatever they call it, that is the idea). I ordered the tires on a Saturday, and they were delivered to Meineke the following Wednesday. I could have had home delivery and taken the tires to an installer, but this was much more convenient. Next day, they were installed, balanced and aligned.
These are the nicest people you could ever work with. Nice, helpful, and most of all, if they can't fix something they say so. Their prices are reasonable and I have never had to wait long periods of time.
nice people. Great service in getting oil changed and GREAT pricing specials on it... The reason they only get 3 stars though is that for constantly sending out sale flyers, you Have to make apt. most places that offer oil changes WILL SEE YOU in order you drive up. NOPE! not here. i went like 4 times and never could get seen! They just do not keep staff enough on ship to do that... Some people, like myself find it hard to know when i will be out and about to be making appointments just for oil change, so they lost 2 stars over that part.
