Took blower to have fixed and after $38 and 2 weeks, I got it back. The muffler was stopped up. Then after using it for 20 minutes, it stopped working again, So I fixed it myself. The spark arrestor was almost completely clogged which I cleaned using gasoline and a wire brush.

I absolutely LOVE this place! I shop there for things I don't even need, just to go in there, lol. I'm not sure if that's the owner but I've never met a person so knowledgeable about plants. He pointed to my plant, that was barely poking through the dirt and told me exactly what it was and to keep it in the house til it got a little bigger. He gave me a discount because it wasn't big. I was so shocked, I had trouble thanking him. Not used to people being so nice. No matter if I move an hour away, I'll shop here. They not only appreciate your money, they DESERVE it.

Very disappointed, I have taken my business elsewhere, I spend several thousand dollars a year in parts for my crew and their saws, Stihl just cost you a customer.

I am a professional timber cutter; often times professionals work on their own equipment, however there are instances where it is more convenient to take a saw to the shop to be tuned on the tachometer etc, I drove 45 minutes to Webster brothers this morning to get my saw tuned as it has a new piston and rings and I had it running rich to set the rings, and it was being finicky when I tried to lean it out. I drove 45 min with the misconception that this was a good shop as they have had several parts in stock that I could not get elsewhere.

My go to place for all things plants. Their knowledge keeps my gardens beautiful and bountiful!

I made the mistake of telling the man at the counter that the saw had an aftermarket crankcase and he refused to do any work to it saying "Stihl won't let us touch it" so what your telling me is Stihl owns Webster Brothers? better change the sign out front then.
