If I didn't really like my doctor at this practice, I would be changing practices after today. Never have I met anyone more rude then the receptionist today. I know jobs aren't fun, but maybe you could act a little less annoyed about doing yours.

The front desk an nurse is the ONLY reason I even given them a one! There nice. As for the women Doctor she is rude, nasty, judgmental!! Doesn't take time to know you before judging or saying horrible comments she knows nothing about. Doesn't take time to listen, or answer questions! She does what she wants and that's it!! Will not ever go there again not recommend people there as I have done in past cause I was told it was a good place, WOW I was wrong!!
Went in for a physical, blood test and the like and the doctor actually billed me for a visit for allergies?? Works out great for the doctors office as they can pass that off and get more money from my insurance. The supervisor has yet to call me back after more than a week of waiting for a call from her. Will not be going back to this or ANY Novant practice due to the poor way this has been handled.
